HealthyRx™ is a membership program that provides its members with access to generic prescription drugs for free and brand name drugs for a discount.
HealthyRx™ is not: (1) an insurance plan; (2) a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act; or (3) a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.
HealthyRx™ does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements or replace COBRA or any other medical insurance program.
YES! All generic drugs are completely free, including shipping to your house. If a generic version of a drug is not available, a brand-name drug is likely available at a significant discount.
You will typically receive a 90-day supply of your prescription. If the quantity/dose of your prescription changes, you may incur a small additional fee for exceeding free shipping allowances. Controlled substances are not available.
Connect with your HealthyRx™ pharmacist for assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Pharmacy staff are available through web chat, support in the application, or phone.
Prescriptions and delivery are FREE! If an employer requires that employees contribute to their HealthyRx™ membership, employees may be able to obtain reimbursement from their HSA/FSA.
There are no exclusions for pre-existing conditions.
Benefits may start immediately upon enrollment or the first day of the month. If you choose to start on the day you enroll, you will pay for that month’s membership fee in full regardless of the number of days remaining in the month.
Individuals and employees are not locked into any long-term contract. Membership benefits are renewed monthly at the employer’s discretion. Employers may cancel at any time with no penalties.
Each HealthyRx™ membership is paid monthly in advance. If an employer cancels prior to the start of the month, they will receive a refund for that month. Once the month starts, the membership fees for that month are non-refundable.
Membership fees are paid in advance of the upcoming membership month via automatic ACH deduction or credit card payment.
Annual plans are available and may include additional benefits. Prepaid plans are non-refundable. Employees added to a prepaid plan will be prorated for the remainder of the year. Employers of pre-paid plans may shift the benefits from a discharged employee to a newly hired employee.
